Terms of use
Last updated May 24, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Renorobot website. By using the site you agree to these terms. They establish a reasonable framework for how we share information publicly while protecting both parties; they do not replace the engagement letters and supplier agreements we sign with active clients.
01
About the site
The site is informational and is not, by itself, an offer to enter into any commercial agreement. Programs, pricing, lead times, and capabilities described on the site are indicative only and are confirmed in writing on a per-program basis.
02
Submissions
You agree not to submit information through the contact form unless you are authorised to share it and unless the submission is accurate. Renorobot will treat your submission with reasonable confidentiality but does not assume the obligations of a non-disclosure agreement until one is executed in writing.
03
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, logos, the Renorobot wordmark, and the editorial design, is owned by Renorobot or used under licence. You may reference the site for evaluation purposes, but you may not republish or commercially redistribute material without our written permission.
04
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to circumvent security, by scraping at scale, or by submitting unlawful or harmful content through any form on the site.
05
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep information current, but make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
06
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renorobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Montreal, Canada, unless we agree in writing to an alternative forum.
08
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
