Renorobot operates this website to share information about our sourcing, manufacturing oversight, and logistics services. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with the site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We aim to collect the minimum necessary to do business well.

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, and the program brief you choose to share. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard request data such as IP address and user-agent in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies.

How we use information
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate the program you describe. We use request data only to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use submissions for unrelated marketing.

Service providers
Contact form submissions are transmitted to our delivery partner Web3Forms, which routes them to our team mailbox. Hosting and edge security are provided by Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual safeguards.

Retention
We retain your contact submission for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, and afterwards only where required for accounting, legal, or supplier-program continuity reasons. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to its use. To exercise these rights, write to info@renorobot.com.

Cross-border transfers
Our operations are split between Montreal, Canada and Tianjin, China. Inquiry data may be reviewed by both teams in the course of evaluating your program. Access is limited to staff who need it, under written confidentiality obligations. Please do not submit information you are not authorised to share before a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
